Restoring Outlook Folders

To restore an entire folder within a mailbox:

  1. In the main menu, click Outlook.

If you do not have any backups in your organization, you may not have access to the Outlook Backups page.

  1. On the Outlook Backups page, expand the mailbox and select the folder you want to restore.
  2. Click Restore Selected Folder.
  3. Confirm that you have selected the correct folder and restoration path, then click Restore to restore the mailbox folder.
