Restoring Outlook Items

To restore a single item within a specific folder of a mailbox:

  1. In the main menu, click Outlook.

If you do not have any backups in your organization, you may not have access to the Outlook Backups page.

  1. On the Outlook Backups page, expand the mailbox that contains the folder with the item you want to restore.
  2. Select the folder that contains the item you want to restore.
  3. Select the specific email by clicking the row in the table.
  4. Click Restore Selected Item and click OK to restore the single email item.
