Upgrading to Veeam ONE 13
Upgrade to version 13 is supported starting from Veeam ONE version 12 (build #12.0.0.2498).

Starting with Veeam ONE version 13, a PostgreSQL instance is required in addition to the primary Microsoft SQL Server instance. You can use an existing PostgreSQL instance that meets the Veeam ONE system requirements or install a new instance. |
To upgrade to Veeam ONE 13, follow these steps.
- Launch Splash Window.
- Select Component.
- Accept License Agreements.
- Review Components to Upgrade.
- Provide License.
- Specify Service Account Credentials.
- Perform System Configuration Check.
- Choose Reporting Database.
- Specify Connection Ports.
- Upgrade Analytics Service Agents.
- Begin Upgrade.
- Change Default Certificate.
- Specify Guest OS Credentials for Microsoft Hyper-V VMs.
- Apply Available Updates.
