Viewing Backup Policies
To view the list of all policies, open the Policies page in the Backup section of the main menu. Each backup policy is represented with a set of properties, such as:
- Priority — the priority assigned to the backup policy.
- Name — the name of the backup policy.
- State — the current state of the backup policy.
- Snapshots — the status of the last created snapshot.
- Backups — the status of the last created backup.
- Service Account — the name of the service account specified for performing backup operations.
- Type — the type of the backup policy.
- Last Run — the time when the policy last ran.
- Next Run — the time when the policy is scheduled to run next.
- Status — the status of the backup policy.
To narrow down the list of displayed backup policies, you can apply the following filters:
- In the Search field, specify the name or a part of the name of the policy that you want to display.
- From the All Statuses drop-down list, select a snapshot or backup status. Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft Azure will display the list of policies with the selected backup and snapshot statuses.
- From the All Types drop-down list, select a type of the backup policy. Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft Azure will display the policies of this type.
- From the All States drop-down list, select a state of the backup policy. Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft Azure will display the policies in this state.

You can sort the list of displayed backup policies by name or priority. To do that, click the arrow next to the Priority of Name column. |
