Specifying Monthly Schedule

To create a monthly schedule for the backup policy, at the Schedule step of the wizard, specify the following:

1. Turn on the Monthly Retention toggle.
2. In the Backup field, select months when the backup policy will create SQL databases backups.
3. In the Backup Settings section, specify the retention period to keep backups in days or months.
