To create a yearly schedule for the backup policy, at the Schedule step of the wizard, specify the following:
- Turn on the Yearly Retention toggle to open the Yearly schedule window.
- In the Backup Settings section, specify the following:
- From the Create restore point at drop-down list, select time when the backup policy will create backups.
- In the Run on section, specify a day of the month when the backup policy will create backups.
- In the Keep backups for field, specify the retention period to keep backups in years.
