vShield Endpoint has been installed on the host, but is no longer reporting status.
VMware vShield Endpoint is installed on the host but does not report status of protected VMs.
Take the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Make sure that vShield Endpoint is running on the ESX/ESXi host.
- Make sure that vShield Endpoint can connect to the vShield Manager.
- Reboot the vShield Manager.
