Veeam VMware: Cannot find vSphere HA master agent Alarm

This monitor responds to the alarm 'Cannot find vSphere HA master agent'.

By default, the alarm is triggered by the following events:

• com.vmware.vc.HA.VcCannotFindMasterEvent
• com.vmware.vc.HA.VcConnectedToMasterEvent
