Veeam VMware: vSphere Distributed Switch teaming matched status Alarm
This monitor tracks the vCenter Alarm 'vSphere Distributed Switch teaming matched status'.
By default, the alarm is triggered by the following events:
- vim.event.TeamingMatchEvent: Teaming configuration of the uplink ports in the DVS matches physical switch configuration.
- vim.event.TeamingMisMatchEvent: Teaming configuration of the uplink ports in the DVS does not match physical switch configuration.
Change the DVS uplink port configuration to match physical switch configuration, or attach the DVS to switch ports with matching teaming configuration. For vSphere best practices on DVS configuration, see the official VMware vSphere Blog.
