Veeam VMware: vSphere ESXi Dump Collector Health Alarm

This monitor tracks the VMware vSphere ESXi Dump Collector Health Alarm.

By default, the alarm is triggered by the following event:

• vim.event.HealthStatusChangedEvent: Health status of the VMware vSphere ESXi Dump Collector Service changed.
