Veeam VMware: vSphere HA failover in progress on vSphere Cluster

This monitor tracks the vCenter alarm alerting that vSphere HA failover in progress.

By default, the alarm is triggered by the following events:

• com.vmware.vc.HA.ClusterFailoverActionInitiatedEvent
• com.vmware.vc.HA.ClusterFailoverActionCompletedEvent
