By default, AHV Backup Proxy automatically checks for available minor updates. You will see a red dot on the bell icon at the top-right of the AHV Backup Proxy web console.
To check for available minor updates and security updates, do the following:
- At the top-right of the main menu, click the gear icon and select Appliance Settings.
- Open the Updates tab and click the Check and view updates link.
After you click the link, you will be redirected to the Veeam Proxy AHV Updater portal where you can install or schedule the updates. For more information, see Installing Updates.
