At this step of the wizard, specify the following:
- The target domain controller.
To specify the Global Catalog server, click the button on the right. If necessary, select Use SSL when connecting to the server.
- The account to connect to the LDAP server.
You can use your current account under which Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Active Directory is running, or specify another one using the domain\username format.

Make sure the account you select at this step has sufficient rights to restore objects back to the target domain. See the Required Permissions section for details. If you select to Use SSL, consider that the machine with Veeam Explorer for Active Directory must be part of the target domain or have the trust certificate installed. |
