Obtaining Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Log Files

Log files are used to troubleshoot a variety of different situations when certain processes may have gotten the unexpected results while being executed.

Log files can be obtained in either of the following ways:

  • To view the current session log, go to the main menu, select Support and click Current log. The corresponding Veeam.Archiver.Shell_<timestamp>.log file will be opened.
  • To open a folder where Veeam Explorer log files are stored, go to the main menu, select Support and click Open logs path. The default location is C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup365\Logs. To open backup proxy server logs, use the same path on a backup proxy server.
