Installing Veeam Recovery Orchestrator
During Orchestrator installation, Orchestrator server components will be installed all together on a single machine. For more information on the components, see Solution Architecture.

When installing Orchestrator, consider the following limitations:

To install Orchestrator, perform the following steps:
- Launch the splash window.
- Accept the license agreement.
- Review components to install.
- Provide a license file.
- Specify service account credentials.
- Choose a SQL server.
- Perform system configuration check.
- Choose a PostgreSQL server.
- Create SQL server databases.
- Specify data locations.
- Specify service ports.
- Select a certificate for the Orchestrator UI.
- Review installation summary.
- Upgrade to Veeam Backup & Replication 13
Before You Begin
Before you begin installation, check the following prerequisites:
- Make sure the machine where Orchestrator will be installed meets the prerequisite conditions described in section System Requirements.
- Download the product installation file
VeeamDataPlatform_[date].isofrom the Veeam downloads page and mount the installation image to the target machine using disk image emulation software.
