Configuring Default Parameter Settings
To modify default parameter settings for a plan step:
- Switch to the Administration page.
- Navigate to Plan Steps.
- In the Name column, select the step and click Edit.
- Complete the Edit Default Step Parameters wizard:
- At the Parameters step:
- In the Parameters column, select the required parameter.
- In the Parameter Details column, set the desired parameter values.
- At the Impact step, review the list of plans whose steps will be updated to meet the parameter changes, and click Next.
- At the Summary step, review the configured settings and click Finish.

The parameter settings will be changed only for plans that are NOT in the IN-USE mode. For the list of modes that a recovery plan can acquire, see Replica Plans, CDP Replica Plans, Restore Plans, Storage Plans and Cloud Plans. |
