Rescanning Backup Repository
You can rescan a backup repository configured in Veeam Agent for Oracle Solaris. This may be useful, for example, after information about a backup stored in the backup repository is deleted from the Veeam Agent configuration database, or after you copy a backup to the backup repository. Veeam Agent will refresh the list of backups in the backup repository.
To rescan a backup repository, use the following command:
veeamconfig repository rescan --id <repository_id> |
or
veeamconfig repository rescan --name <repository_name> |
where:
- <repository_id> — ID of the backup repository that you want to rescan.
- <repository_name> — name of the backup repository that you want to rescan.
For example:
$ veeamconfig repository rescan --name [vbr01]BackupVol01 |
You can also rescan all backup repositories configured in Veeam Agent at once. Use the following command:
veeamconfig repository rescan --all |
