Exporting Configuration Database
You can export the Veeam Agent for Oracle Solaris configuration database to a configuration file in the XML format. This may be useful, for example, if you want to change Veeam Agent for Oracle Solaris settings by editing a configuration file or copy the Veeam Agent for Oracle Solaris configuration to another machine.
To export the Veeam Agent for Oracle Solaris configuration database, use the following command:
veeamconfig config export --file <path> [--overwrite] |
where:
- <path> — path to the configuration file to which you want to export configuration.
- --overwrite — option that instructs Veeam Agent to overwrite the configuration file if the file already exists at the specified path.
Note |
A directory in which you want to save the configuration file must exist in the file system. |
For example:
user@srv01:~$ veeamconfig config export --file veeam/config.xml --overwrite |
