After you create a reseller account in Veeam Availability Console, you must provide to the reseller the user name and password of the Service Provider Global Administrator. To do this, you can either send a welcome email message, or share the credentials in any other convenient way. For details on sending a welcome email message, see Sending Welcome Email Message.
