Configuring Veeam Availability Console Settings

In this article

To start working with Veeam Availability Console, you must perform the following tasks for its initial configuration:

    1. Install security certificate.

To secure connection between the Veeam Cloud Connect server, Veeam Availability Console server, managed Veeam Backup & Replication servers and computers running Veeam backup agents, install an existing or generate a new security certificate.

    1. Connect Veeam Cloud Connect servers.

To enable cloud functionality for Veeam Availability Console, connect one or more Veeam Cloud Connect servers to Veeam Availability Console.

    1. Fill your company profile.

The company profile contains information about the service provider company, such as the company name, address and so on. Company profile details will be displayed in email notifications sent by Veeam Availability Console, in invoices and backup reports.

    1. Customize portal branding.

You can customize Veeam Availability Console appearance: choose a color scheme, change the default portal logo, report logo, website icon and website address.

    1. Configure notification settings.

To send out invoices to client companies, and receive alarm notifications by email, you must configure SMTP server settings, global notification settings and billing notification settings.

I want to report a typo

There is a misspelling right here:

I want to let the Veeam Documentation Team know about that.
