There are several types of services for which you can charge companies in Veeam Availability Console. The following tables provide a description of these services and information about pricing units used to measure each service.
You can charge companies for providing managed backup services.

Veeam Backup & Replication Management
Service | Pricing Unit | Description |
Managed VMs | Per VM | Charged by the number of managed VMs. A managed VM is a VM that is included in a job configured on a client Veeam backup server and that has a backup or replica restore point and reside on the client side. |
Veeam Backup Agents Management
Service | Pricing Unit | Description |
Workstation agents | Per workstation | Charged by the number of managed workstation agents. A managed workstation is a physical computer that runs a Veeam backup agent, and has a backup job configured to run in the Workstation operation mode. |
Server agents | Per server | Charged by the number of managed server agents. A managed server is a physical computer that runs a Veeam backup agent, and has a backup job configured to run in the Server operation mode. |
Cloud agent | Per VM | Charged by the number of managed cloud agents. A managed cloud agent is a VM that runs a Veeam backup agent, and is deployed either on the VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure or Amazon Cloud platform. |

Cloud repository space | Per GB or TB | Charged by the amount of consumed space on cloud repositories. |
Data transfer out traffic | Per GB or TB | Charged by the amount of data downloaded from a cloud repository. |
Replicated VM | Per VM replica | Charged by the number of VM replicas registered on cloud hosts. |
Cloud storage | Per GB or TB | Charged by the amount of space consumed by VM replicas on cloud storage. |
