For incremental backup, you can specify the number of backup files that you want to keep in the backup location.
To configure backup retention policy settings:
- In the Veeam Backup Console, in the Backup menu, select Set backup retention.
- In the Set backup retention form, specify the number of backup files to keep in the backup location and select OK. By default, Veeam Agent for IBM AIX is set up to retain 720 latest backup files. To learn more, see Backup Retention Policy.
