You can view product log files in the Veeam Backup Console.
To view log files:
- In the Veeam backup console menu, select Log files.
- In the Log files menu, select one of the following options:
- View configuration log — to view information about the configuration record process. Veeam Agent for IBM AIX writes this information to the veeamcfg.log file.
- View backup log — to view information about the backup process. Veeam Agent for IBM AIX writes this information to the backup.log file.
- View CD creation log — to view information about the recovery image creation process. Veeam Agent for IBM AIX writes this information to the mkdrcd.log file.
- Veeam Agent for IBM AIX will display contents of the log file. Press any key to scroll the log file.
