Running Backup Reports

You can manually create backup reports based on saved report configurations. These can be report configurations created both in the Veeam Service Provider Console Client Portal, and configurations created by the Administrator Portal users.

Required Privileges

To perform this task, a user must have one of the following roles assigned: Company Owner, Company Administrator, Location Administrator.

Running Backup Reports

To create backup reports based on saved report configurations:

1. Log in to Veeam Service Provider Console.

2. In the menu on the left, click Reports.
3. Open the Configurations tab.
4. Select the necessary report configurations in the list.
5. At the top of the list, click Run.

Alternatively, you can right-click the necessary report configuration and choose Run.

Veeam Service Provider Console will save a manually created backup report in the report list but will not send a report notification to recipients specified in the report configuration. To learn how to view details of generated reports, see Viewing Backup Reports.
