Getting Started with Veeam Data Cloud

To quickly get started with Veeam Data Cloud, keep to the following sequence of steps:

1. Request a subscription through one of the Veeam sales channels. In the request, designate a user who will be the administrative contact for your company. This user will become the first user of your Veeam Data Cloud organization.

Once your subscription is activated, you will receive an email with an invitation link to your new Veeam Data Cloud organization.

2. Accept the invitation and log in to Veeam Data Cloud. For details, see Accessing Veeam Data Cloud.
3. As the first user of your Veeam Data Cloud organization, accept Veeam Data Cloud terms and conditions to start working with Veeam Data Cloud.

The first user of your Veeam Data Cloud organization is automatically assigned the OrganizationAdmin role, which allows you to manage users and perform all configuration actions.

4. Invite other users to your Veeam Data Cloud organization and assign them roles so that your team can use the portal. For details, see Managing Users.
5. Add your Microsoft Entra ID and Salesforce tenants. Veeam Data Cloud will automatically create backup policies to protect your data. For details, see Adding Microsoft Entra ID Tenants and Adding Salesforce Tenants.
