Generating Reports

You can generate reports on Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 usage. To do this, perform the following steps:

1. On the Microsoft 365 page, click the name of the tenant you want to manage.
2. Select Reports.
3. Click Generate a Report Now.

4. Select the report you want to generate. The available reports are the following:

• Protected Objects Snapshot. This report lists the status of protected and unprotected Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams objects at a given point in time.
• Protected Objects History. This report lists the history of protected Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams objects over time, to surface persistent gaps.
• Backup Activity History. This report lists backup policy runs across a time period, with outcomes and objects processed.
• Restore Activity. This report lists Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams restore operations across a time period.
• User Protection. This report lists every user with their portection status, last backup date, email and organization.

5. Specify the settings for the report. For more information on the settings, see the dedicated section for each report.
6. Click Preview to view an interactive preview of the report.

7. Click Generate Report. Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 will generate the report in the format you specified.

Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 will display the The report is being generated and you will be notified once it is complete message.

Click Notifications to view the status of the report. In the list of notifications, click the link in the Name column of the notification about the report. Veeam Data Cloud will display a session log with detailed information.

In the window with the details of the operation, click Download File. The report is saved to your browser download location.
