Creating VM Backup Policies
Use the New Azure Virtual Machine Policy wizard to create a backup policy to protect Azure virtual machines.
- Launch the New Azure Virtual Machines Policy wizard.
- Specify the policy name and description.
- Specify the policy source.
- Specify the policy protection settings.
- Review default policy settings.
- Specify guest processing settings.
- Specify snapshot settings.
- Specify notifications settings.
- Complete the backup policy configuration.
