Working with Storage Snapshots

You can use capabilities of storage systems that host VM disks to build your data protection and disaster recovery strategy. Veeam Backup & Replication complements image-level backups of VMware VMs with storage snapshots and offers the following technologies:

Backup from Storage Snapshots: you can create backups of VMs using storage snapshots.
Veeam Explorer for Storage Snapshots: you can restore VM data from storage snapshots.
