Restoring VM Data from Storage Snapshots

If VM data gets lost or corrupted, you can restore it from storage snapshots.

The restore process is similar to restore from image-level backups of VMs. Veeam Backup & Replication offers the following restore options for storage snapshots:

Performing Instant VM Recovery
Restoring VM guest OS files (Microsoft Windows)
Restoring VM guest OS files (Linux, Unix and other)
Restoring application items
