Creating Azure Files Backup Policies

To create a backup policy, do the following:

1. Launch the Add Azure Files Policy wizard.
2. Specify a backup policy name and description.
3. Configure backup source settings.
4. Create a schedule for the backup policy.
5. Specify automatic retry settings and notification settings for the backup policy.
6. Review the estimated cost of protecting the selected Azure file shares.
7. Finish working with the wizard.
