Veeam Availability Console allows you to measure Veeam-powered managed backup services that you provide to companies, calculate the cost of these services, and generate invoices to bill clients for services they consume.
The list of provided services and charge rates for them are described in subscription plans. Subscription plans are assigned to client companies. Veeam Availability Console calculates the cost of services consumed by a company based on information specified in its subscription plan.
To calculate the cost of services provided to companies, you must generate invoices. An invoice is a document that includes information about provided services, charge rates for these services according to company's subscription plan, cost of each service, and the total amount due. You can generate invoices and send them to clients by email when needed, or schedule automatic generation and sending of invoices.
