Configuring Locations Integration

You can select locations whose data you want to share between Veeam Service Provider Console and ConnectWise Automate.

Prerequisites

Before configuring integration of managed locations, check the following prerequisites:

1. Connect Veeam Service Provider Console server. For details, see Connect Veeam Service Provider Console Server.
2. Configure integration for the companies, for which you want to map locations. For details, see Configuring Companies Integration.

Configuring Locations Integration

To configure integration between locations in Veeam Service Provider Console and ConnectWise Automate, you can do either of the following:

• Create new locations in Veeam Service Provider Console.

Use this method if you want to create locations in Veeam Service Provider Console for locations created in ConnectWise Automate.

• Create mapping between locations in ConnectWise Automate and Veeam Service Provider Console.

Use this method if you have company locations created in Veeam Service Provider Console and you want to map them to ConnectWise Automate company locations.
