Managing Subscription Plans

To calculate the cost of services provided to companies, Veeam Service Provider Console uses subscription plans. A subscription plan defines for what services you will charge companies, charge rates for these services, payment currency, and so on.

Subscription plans are assigned to managed companies. Veeam Service Provider Console calculates the cost of services provided to a company based on its subscription plan. Each company can have only one subscription plan assigned to it.

You can create multiple subscription plans for different pricing tiers or provided service levels. For example, if you use the SLA model, you can create subscription plans for different service levels, and then assign subscription plans to companies based on their SLA. You can also assign subscription plans created by your service provider to companies or create new subscription plans by copying and modifying subscription plans created by your service provider.
