Disabling and Enabling Jobs

You can disable and enable scheduled jobs from ConnectWise Automate Control Center.

Disabling Jobs

A disabled job will not start by the schedule. If you disable a job that has a child job (such as a SQL log backup or Oracle log backup), both the parent and the child jobs will be disabled.

To disable one or more scheduled jobs:

  1. Log in to ConnectWise Automate Control Center.

The account used to access ConnectWise Automate must have the necessary permissions. For details, see section Permissions of the Deployment Guide.

  1. In the menu on the left, click Browse.
  2. In the Clients tab, expand Clients and double-click the name of a company or location integrated with Veeam Service Provider Console.
  3. In the pop-up window, navigate to the Veeam Service Provider Console tab.
  4. Open the necessary tab:
  • Protected Virtual Machines — select this tab to start VM protection jobs (Backup, Replication, SureBackup, Backup Copy, Backup to Tape, VM Copy, SQL Log Backup, Oracle Log Backup)
  • Protected File Shares — select this tab to start file protection jobs (File Share Backup, File Share Backup Copy, File Copy, File to Tape)
