Enabling Automatic License Extension

You can configure Veeam Service Provider Console to extend VCSP Pulse license keys automatically.

Note:

If you have a No Commit contract configured in VCSP Pulse, automatic license extension will be enabled by default and you will not be able to change the setting.

To enable automatic license extension:

At the top right corner of the Veeam Service Provider Console window, click Configuration.
In the configuration menu on the left, click Plugin Library.
Click the VCSP Pulse plugin tile.
In the menu on the left, click License Keys.

Veeam Service Provider Console will display a list of all license keys managed in VCSP Pulse.

Select the necessary license keys.

To select only license keys with disabled automatic extension, click Filter, in the Automatic Extension section select Disabled, and click Apply.

To select multiple license keys, press and hold the [Ctrl] key.

At the top of the list, set the Automatic Extension toggle to On.

Disabling Automatic License Extension

At the top right corner of the Veeam Service Provider Console window, click Configuration.
In the configuration menu on the left, click Plugin Library.
Click the VCSP Pulse plugin tile.
In the menu on the left, click License Keys.

Veeam Service Provider Console will display a list of all license keys managed in VCSP Pulse.

Select the necessary license keys.

To select only license keys with enabled automatic extension, click Filter, in the Automatic Extension section select Enabled, and click Apply.

To select multiple license keys, press and hold the [Ctrl] key.

At the top of the list, set the Automatic Extension toggle to Off.
