Modifying Reseller Settings

You can modify settings of reseller accounts.

Required Privileges

To perform this task, a user must have the following role assigned: Portal Administrator.

Note:

When modifying reseller account settings, consider the following:

  • You cannot disable services currently used by managed companies. For example, you cannot remove a hardware plan if this plan is used to store client VM replicas in the cloud.
  • You cannot modify reseller ProPartner ID, if the reseller have already configured VCSP Pulse integration.
  • If you remove Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 resources from the reseller, organization mapping configured for reseller companies and resources assigned to reseller companies on the deleted Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 server will be removed automatically.

Modifying Resellers

To modify reseller account settings:

  1. Log in to Veeam Service Provider Console.

  1. In the menu on the left, click Resellers.
  2. Select the necessary reseller in the list.
  3. At the top of the list, click Edit.

Alternatively, you can right-click the necessary reseller and choose Edit.

  1. Modify company account settings as described in Creating Resellers.
  2. Save changes.
