Configuring ConnectWise Automate Internal Monitors

You can configure Veeam Service Provider Console to send information about triggered alarms to ConnectWise Automate and to create internal monitors based on alarm data.

Note:

  • If you connect to ConnectWise Automate server using the remote ConnectWise Control Center, new monitors may be created in a disabled state. In this case, you must reset the created monitors manually in ConnectWise Automate Control Center.
  • When you resolve or acknowledge an alarm in Veeam Service Provider Console, ConnectWise Automate deletes the created monitor and changes the status of a created ticket to Closed. The synchronization period for these actions is equal to the default synchronization interval. For details, see Synchronizing Data.
