Synchronizing Data

After you configure integration features, the data between VCSP Pulse and Veeam Service Provider Console will be synchronized every hour.

To synchronize the necessary data immediately, you can refresh it manually:

1. Log in to Veeam Service Provider Console.

2. At the top right corner of the Veeam Service Provider Console window, click Configuration.
3. In the configuration menu on the left, click Plugin Library.
4. Click the VCSP Pulse plugin tile.
5. In the menu on the left, click Companies, Resellers or License Keys.
6. At the top of the page, click Sync Now.

Plugin will synchronize all data between Veeam Service Provider Console and VCSP Pulse for your company and all resellers who have configured VCSP Pulse integration.
