Removing Subscription Plans

If you no longer need a subscription plan, you can remove it.

Note:

You cannot remove a subscription plan if it is assigned to any company. Before you remove a subscription plan that is associated with a company, assign to the company another subscription plan, instead of the one you want to remove. For details, see Assigning Subscription Plans.

Required Privileges

To perform this task, a user must have the following role assigned: Portal Administrator.

Removing Subscription Plan

To remove a subscription plan:

  1. Log in to Veeam Service Provider Console.

For details, see Accessing Veeam Service Provider Console.

  1. At the top right corner of the Veeam Service Provider Console window, click Configuration.
  2. In the configuration menu on the left, click Subscription Plans.
  3. Select the necessary subscription plan in the list.
  4. At the top of the list, click Remove.

Alternatively, you can right-click the necessary subscription plan and choose Remove.

  1. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
