Enabling ConnectWise Automate Integration
To allow Veeam Service Provider Console to communicate with ConnectWise Automate, you must install application plugin in ConnectWise Automate Control Center and connect Veeam Service Provider Console server to ConnectWise Automate.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that:
- You have ConnectWise Automate Control Center version 12 or higher.
- The managed environment meets ConnectWise compatibility requirements. For details, see ConnectWise Automate Documentation.
- The account used to access ConnectWise Automate has the necessary permissions. For details, see section Permissions of the Deployment Guide.
