Overview

The Overview dashboard consolidates information on active alarms, managed client companies and Veeam products health state, and so on. This dashboard presents the big picture and serves as the starting point from which you can drill down to dashboards and views with further details.

Required Privileges

To perform this task, a user must have one of the following roles assigned: Portal Administrator, Site Administrator, Portal Operator, Read-only User.

Accessing Overview Dashboard

To access the dashboard:

  1. Log in to Veeam Service Provider Console.

  1. In the menu on the left, click Overview.
  2. To show data for a specific Veeam Cloud Connect site, reseller, company and/or location, use the sites and reseller/company and location filters at the top left corner of the Veeam Service Provider Console window.

Overview

The dashboard includes a set of widgets.

  • Active Alarms widget shows the numbers of unresolved warning and error alarms.

Click the widget to drill down to the list of active alarms. For details on working with alarms, see Viewing and Exporting Triggered Alarms.

  • Management Agents widget shows the numbers of disconnected management agents and management agents with warning state.

Click the widget to drill down to the list of discovered computers. For details on working with discovered computers, see Managing Veeam Service Provider Console Agents.

  • Companies Overview widget shows the number of unresolved warning and error alarms triggered for managed companies.

Click the widget to drill down to the list of active alarms. For details on working with alarms, see Viewing and Exporting Triggered Alarms.

  • Companies State by Regions widget shows managed resellers and companies state by geographical region and the number of resellers and companies without assigned region.

To select a specific region, use the drop-down list at the top of the map or click the necessary region on the map. To zoom out of the selected region, click Go Back.

Click a region in the widget to drill down to the list of active alarms triggered for the selected country. For details on working with alarms, see Viewing and Exporting Triggered Alarms.

  • Infrastructure Health widgets show the number of unresolved warning and error alarms triggered for managed Veeam products and their components.

Click the widget to drill down to the list of active alarms triggered for the selected product. For details on working with alarms, see Viewing and Exporting Triggered Alarms.

  • Product Updates widget shows update status of managed Veeam products.
