Creating Media Pools

To create a media pool, use the New Media Pool wizard or New WORM Media Pool wizard. This section will guide you through all steps of the wizard and provide explanation on available options.

Launch the New Media Pool wizard
Specify a media pool name
Add tapes to the media pool
Specify media set options
Specify retention settings
Add optional media pool settings
Finish working with the wizard
