Configuring Updates
You can configure updates globally, for all backup infrastructure components, or override settings for the backup server specifically.
You can configure Veeam Backup & Replication updates in one of the following ways:

Settings configured in either the console or the web UI are global — they apply to all backup infrastructure components, and changes made in one are synchronized to the other automatically. |
Overriding settings for the backup server
To use custom settings for the backup server instead of the global configuration, open Veeam Updater on the backup server, go to Settings, and set the Manual settings override toggle to On.
