Managing Malware Exclusions

You can exclude specific machines from the malware detection scan. In the Veeam Backup & Replication web UI, you can also turn individual detection engines on or off and exclude specific paths per machine.

Exclusions are available for machines only. To stop scanning a file share or object storage backup, mark it as clean and select the Exclude the workload from malware detection check box. For more information, see Managing Malware Status Using Web UI.
