Restoring Active Directory Forest to Microsoft Hyper-V
To restore the Active Directory forest to Microsoft Hyper-V, do the following:
- Launch the Restore wizard
- Specify the forest and point in time
- Specify restore points for authoritative domain controllers
- Specify domain controller credentials
- Select target hosts
- Select datastores
- Configure network mapping
- Specify VM names and UUIDs
- Configure re-IP rules
- Finish working with the wizard
