Restoring on Database Server Side

If you work with Veeam Plug-Ins operating in the managed mode using Veeam Backup & Replication Console, you can still restore databases from the computer with Veeam Plug-In installed. To do this, you can use the tools of the corresponding database instead of the Veeam Backup & Replication Console. • Veeam Plug-In for Oracle RMAN — the Oracle RMAN console.
• Veeam Plug-In for SAP HANA — SAP HANA Studio, SAP HANA Cockpit, or SAP HANA HDBSQL commands.
• Veeam Plug-In for SAP on Oracle — SAP BR*Tools.
• Veeam Plug-In for Microsoft SQL Server — the Restore Database wizard or the MSSQLRecoveryManager.exe command-line tool.
