Upgrading Plug-In
To upgrade Veeam Plug-In for Google Cloud, do the following:
- Install a new version of Veeam Plug-In for Google Cloud as described in section Installing Plug-In.
- Upgrade backup appliances from the Veeam Backup & Replication console as described in section Upgrading Backup Appliance.

If you need to install a newly released patch for Veeam Plug-In for Google Cloud, you must first remove the old version as described in section Uninstalling Plug-In — and then proceed to steps 1–2.
