Creating SLA-Based EC2 Backup Policies
To create an SLA-based backup policy, do the following:
- Launch the Add SLA-Based Policy wizard .
- Specify a policy name and description .
- Specify a data protection scope .
- Configure backup source settings .
- Configure guest processing options .
- Specify protection settings .
- Configure snapshot settings .
- Configure worker instance settings .
- Specify general settings for the policy .
- Review the estimated cost of protecting the selected EC2 instances .
- Finish working with the wizard .
